With 116 beds and more than 390 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi has delivere! d many medical firsts to the community, including West Oâahuâs only interventional cardiac catheterization unit for the detection and treatment of heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, CT scan and MRI services, emergency services, a Womenâs Center and the stateâs first Retina Center. Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawaiâi that utilizes a team triage approach in its Emergency Room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician. The Pharmacy department is responsible for compounding and dispensing pharmaceuticals, supplies, medications and large-to-small volume parenterals, as well as providing drug information and education. We strive! to ensure that our patients and clients receive safe and effe! ctive medication by applying the highest standards of modern pharmaceutical care.
As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will help to ensure that our Pharmacy provides outstanding pharmaceutical services to Kapiâolani patients and their families. In this role, you will oversee the appropriate use of drugs in our health care practice by evaluating drug/dosage patterns and potential adverse drug reactions, and providing accurate information to medical, nursing and pharmacy staff. We are looking for someone meticulous with a demonstrated interest in pharmaceutical investigation, excellent customer service and communication skills and a commitment to our vision of delivering the highest quality health care to Hawaiâiâs people.

Minimum Qualifications: Current Hawaiâi Pharmacist license. Two (2) years inpatient pharmacy or related experience.
