負責監察各項機電系統運作及保養維修; 定期檢查各項機電系統和設施; 進行預防性及緊急故障維修; 協助監督外判承辦商工程進度、質素及安全; 匯報工程及維修進度; 需協助管理處上門視察維修問題; 執行上級指派的職務 (需獨立處理維修工作; 工作時需穿著制服); 須按要求到指派地點工作
