Retail Customer Service Agent- Work From Home

Our family is seeking 50 more relatives to assist our clients with their customer service needs from the comfort of your home office.
Our relatives have access to different client databases from cruise lines, roadside assistance companies, alarm monitoring customer service, telecommunications, and so much more.
Responsibilities:
Participate in training and certification online
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Able to maintain your own schedule weekly
Must be able to provide quiet workspace while working
Must service 20hrs weekly for our clients
Qualifications:
Must be 18yrs and older
Must reside in the US
Must have High School Degree or GED minimum
Must have 6 months of experience in customer service
Must not reside in these states: California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, Maryland, New York, or Wisconsin
Technical Requirements:
Desktop Computer or Laptop
Windows 10 PC with USB Headset, and Hard-wired Connection
WIFI is PROHIBITED
Processors including Atom, Celeron, Pentium, Opteron are PROHIBITED.
Internet Download Speeds 10Mbs minimum
Internet Upload Speed 8Mbs minimum
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
