Reporting to the Head of Product who comes with expertise in their niche space and is based in Singapore, our client is a B2B SaaS company who is a market leader in their niche space in the region. Looking to expand, grow their business and navigate the new post-pandemic market, they are looking for a Senior Product Manager - B2B SaaS to join their team and potentially lead and build a new team.

Job Description

They are open to considering experienced product managers from both B2C and B2B backgrounds and they felt that both experiences would be helpful in bringing fresh perspectives on scaling and growing the platform. You will generally need to be scrappy and hands-on in finding creatively differentiate themselves from other solutions in the ever-changing market and provide interesting solutions which users love.You will need to take charge in understanding what are some of the market's as well as their internal stakeholders' expectations and bring a new seamless experience to their userbase. You will be managing the end to end product development for the products you are responsible for. You will be moving into a people management role in the near future and be tasked with building the team.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have the following:

  • 5 years+ experience in a product management role, with strong understanding of end to end product management and product design thinking mindset
  • Bachelor Degree and above, ideally from Computer Science or Engineering
  • Prior experience in platform or web-based applications products
  • Ability to manage internal senior stakeholders across functions
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans
  • Hands-on approach
