For our GUESS Jeans Store in Rue Neuve Bruxelles we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager. Are you the one who can inspire and motivate to achieve your goals? Then we would like to get in touch with you!
Together with your team, you show visitors the collections and implement the latest developments in the store. And very important; you know how to take the team to a higher level and get the best results together.
Your core tasks are:
- Creating the GUESS customer experience
- Support the Store Manager
- Motivating your team members
- replenish the stock of the store
- Assist with VM activities
- Ensure a good atmosphere in the store
Requirements for the ASM:
- Some relevant retail experience
- Background in sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive mindset
