What you will enjoy doing
- As a Helper you are responsible for knowing and applying the verification rules of the binding bodies and fastening devices as well as operating rules and instructions of the lifting installation
- Knowledge and application of the signalling code, with any additions by crane-operating units, to be able to indicate at any time to the crane operator the aneurysms to be executed, to this end, you will be positioned in places from which you can see any person in the crane's field of action, if this is not possible, you will be assisted by other persons, signalling by coloured flags or other means is also permitted when working conditions so require, in such cases, the signalling code will be drawn up by the unit operating the crane will be part of your role
- Further you are responsible of the daily supervision of the binding bodies and the fastening devices with who works, by checking the external appearance, for keeping a record of the supervision of the crane in question, its findings of to their technical condition, using for the binding and transport of spools/ equipment’s devices in engraved with the maximum permissible loads
- Full compliance with all applicable laws and Group guidelines and ensuring full and consistent implementation of Branch best management practices is needed for this role
What makes you great
- You have acquired minimum 1 year of related experience as helper (rigger)
- Minimum gymnasium education, good communication and teamwork skills are required
- Good knowledge of English is desirable
