Senior Business Analyst
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Dublin
Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a rapidly growing provider of guided tours of attractions all over Europe. They are one of the continents leading providers, with a reputation for quality.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analystto enhance the Back Office systems and drive improvement and efficiencies in their operations.
Required:
- 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role for back office, internal or B2B systems.
- Experience in understanding and defining requirements, functional specifications and user stories, for software builds.
- Experience in Process Mapping and Defining User Journeys.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions to achieve your goals.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Agile environments.
- Travel or Tourism experience is a distinct advantage.
Duties:
- Work with internal teams to Gather, Understand and Define their needs for back office systems development
- Document User stories, system requirements and functional specification.
- Through a firm understanding of the company, think strategically of the impact and effectiveness of the above, and adjust accordingly.
- Work with internal and external software teams, to realise the back office software as per the user and business needs.
- Monitor the progress and report of same.
- Work with testing teams to approve the correct functionality.

Salary: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
