Provides information concerning medications to other health professionals. Monitors the safe distribution of medications to the patient. Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: Must meet education requirements for Hawai’i state licensing. Current Hawai’i pharmacist license. Preferred: One year hospital pharmacy experience.
