e-PharmPro is currently seeking Hawaii Licensed Pharmacist for Various Remote Order Entry Positions. You must have an active in good standing Pharmacy License in the state of Hawaii. 3-5 Years of Clinical Hospital Experience Required.
Duties:
Remote order entry
Review and interpret all physician orders, using the patient profile.
Screen all medication orders for optimal usage and intervene when appropriate
Interact with medical providers regarding drug utilization, drug information and adverse event monitoring
Assist hospital staff with questions or c! oncerns regarding medication orders
Give thorough, concise! report at change of shift
Communicate incomplete assignment, and potential patient concerns to monitor to ensure continuity of medication therapy
