About Pioneer Golf:

Pioneer Golf is a Scottish-owned tour operator, specializing in organizing golf vacations to Scotland, Ireland, and beyond. We are an Authorized Provider (distributor) of tee times on what is considered the world’s most sought-after golf course, the Old Course at St Andrews.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an independent contractor to help support our Pricings and Proposal Department. As the Administrative Assistant, this candidate will be building trip plan proposals using Travefy Software. The successful candidate must have meticulous attention to detail, be extremely organized, and have good communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities:

  • Build trip plan proposals using the Travefy platform
  • Support the Pricing and Proposals Department with various administrative tasks
  • Create/edit travel itineraries for multiple clients in various years of travel
  • Send and receive documents via email, then file in the appropriate locations

Skills:

  • A high level of computer skills is essential, as is resourcefulness
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Superior ability to prioritize numerous tasks
  • Excellent English skills
  • High level of efficiency on Microsoft Office & G-Suite
  • Must be a detail-oriented individual

Education/Experience:

  • At least 1 year work experience in an office environment
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
  • G-Suite: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php175.00 - Php200.00 per hour
