Services, transforming the practice of hospi! tal pharmacy by providing acute care facilities with unique staffing solutions through the order review and order entry service. e-PharmPro ensures quality of patient care when hospital pharmacies are closed, or during periods of peak volume demand. e-PharmPro pharmacists provide 24/7 coverage to healthcare institutions throughout the United States, ensuring patient safety.e-PharmPro is currently seeking Hawaii Licensed Pharmacist for Various Remote Order Entry Positions. You must have an active in good standing Pharmacy License in the state of Hawaii. 3-5 Years of Clinical Hospital Experience Required. Duties: Remote order entry Review and interpret all physician orders, using the patient profile. Screen all medication orders for optimal usage and intervene when appropriate Interact with medical providers regarding drug utilization, drug information and adverse event monitoring Assist hospital staff with questions or concerns regarding medication orders Give thorough, conc! ise report at change of shift Communicate incomplete assignmen! t, and potential patient concerns to monitor to ensure continuity of medication therapy
