For complete informations about this career opportunity please read the description below. RPh On The Go is looking for a seasoned hospital inpatient pharmacist for a 3 month job in Hawaii. Proficiency in hospital inpatient pharmacy, IV’s, TPN, and Chemo is! ideal. Pharmacists are a highly visible, respected, and an integral part of the hospitals care delivery team. Pharmacists practice centrally on all shifts providing clinical services and functioning as the medication resource for physicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners. Pharmacists perform clinical services including automatic renal dosing adjustment, pharmacokinetic consults, anticoagulation therapy adjustments and code response. Qualified applicants must be licensed for pharmacy practice in the state of Hawaii. This is a full time assignment and the minimum requirement is 2 years of recent ambulatory experience. Travel expenses and lodging are included with this assignment on an as needed basis.
