> Develops Lean mindset of the employees and establishes the continuous improvement-based operations management system in the Plant
> Contributes to develop and execute the Plant L.E.A.N. implementation roadmap
> Identifies potentials in the Plant to make the results (both in operation and in administration) more efficient and waste-free
> Supports projects with specific methods and methodologies (e.g 5S, Design and Process mapping, Standard work, Problem solving, Jidoka, Gemba approach, etc)
> Responsible for actively taking part in supporting the departments in operational topics
> Trains employees in L.E.A.N. methods and tools
Job requirements:
> Degree in Engineering, Business or related area
> Experience in Lean projects and improvement programs is an advantage
> 1-3 years’ experience at a manufacturing company
> Advanced level of English language
> Proactive person with good communication skills and teamwork spirit
> Automotive experience in an advantage
