- Operation/Technical Support
- Delivery & Installation
- Troubleshooting on-site and off-site
- Site Visits & scheduling
- Liaise with customers on usage of system
- Service Monitoring
- Work closely with sales & project teams
- Any other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Can write, read and speak proper English;
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin;
- Hardworking, reliable, physically fit & a fast learner;
- Able to multi-task and assist in carrying stuff;
- Good technical knowledge with IT background;
- Must have class 3/3A driving license.
We offer Product/On-the job training and Alternate Saturday off.
