We are a leading plastic & precision metal manufacturing company with Head office in Hong Kong and Plants in China, certified with TL9000, ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF16949. To cope with its business development, we are seeking for high-caliber candidate to fill the following position.
Responsibilities:
In charge of Quality Management and related functions
Define and maintain quality standard and policies, align with corporate standard and guidelines
Work closely with relevant departments include business units, product development, sourcing, production etc, to ensure and maintain high quality standard across product lines
Manage the supplier’s quality performance from their quality management systems
Develop and provide quality guidelines to suppliers, enforce and ensure compliance
Prepare reports to handle customer complaints effectively and exceed customer expectations with post-complaint actions
Perform and escort factory audit if required
Requirements:
Degree Holder in related disciplines
Min. 5-8 years of manufacturing management experience in quality control
Experienced in precision metal and plastic manufacturing is an advantage
Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14000, IATF16949, TL9000 etc
Familiar with requirements (performance testing, factory evaluations, quality inspections, returns analysis etc.)
Strong analytical power, problem solving skills and opened mind
Good leadership, presentation, communication, planning and organizational skills
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Good knowledge in computer literate e.g. Words, Excel, Powerpoint
Stationed in our Donggaun Plant
