About the role
We are seeking full-time and part-time Healthcare Assistants to join our rest home in North Auckland.
You will be doing:
- Providing exceptional personal care for our residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. This will include tasks such as assisting with feeding, showering and dressing the residents.
- Encouraging and maintaining the mobility of the residents.
- Building rapport with the residents and their visitors.
- Being able to complete clinical documentation.

What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a caregiving position is preferred but not essential
- Great people skills with empathy for the elder and their families
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- You are comfortable using technology to complete documentation
- You are reliable and flexible with multi-tasking and time management skills

Pay: $22.70 – $28.25 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Public holidays
