Our client in the Renovations and Interior Design space is looking to hire a Project Manager.
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos and Abuja
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design and Project management.
- Conduct brief assessment, dimension taking and carrying out of detailed research, accurate profiling and documentation of findings relating to clients and organization
- Ensure implementation of design changes where necessary and adequate spatial planning
- Develop finishing schedules, production drawings and requirements for projects
- Oversee a project's scope, cost and timeline to make sure it successfully delivers the expected outcomes
- Compiling finishes boards including color, furniture dimensions, furniture layout and finishes selections in line with client’s requirements
- Production of rendering and post rendering works
- Production of photo-realistic 3D images or animations of proposed models, plans, designs, buildings and developments
- Work with artisans and other vendor to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Provide technical guidance and supervision during projects execution
- Review program of work to ensure that they meet timelines and comply with building standards and regulations
- Identify any risks that may impact a project and take steps to lessen or eliminate those risks
- Meet with clients regularly to discuss project progress, concerns, and changes in scope or schedule
- Prepare change orders for artisans to modify plans or specifications to meet client needs
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/HND in Architecture or any other related field
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Revit, Sketch Up, Enscape etc.)
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Experience in interiors or home essentials will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
