Job description
We are looking for a dedicated and cooperative receptionist to join our team at a prestigious laundry in the Salmiya area. The employee must be able to provide exceptional customer service and be able to work under pressure with the highest efficiency.
Tasks:
- Receiving and delivering the highest quality clothes to customers.
- Responding to all customer inquiries, whether at the laundry, over the phone, WhatsApp, or via social media.
- Organizing, scheduling, and following up on appointments, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in laundries or at reception.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to communicate in English with customers.
Working hours:
9 am to 1 pm, and 4 pm to 9 pm
Friday OFF

Salary: From KD300.000 per month
