About the role


We are excited to announce that we are recruiting for an Warehouse Assistant.

The role is a fixed term 12-month contract, based in our office in Brisbane, Queensland, and working on a Monday to Friday roster amongst an inclusive, friendly, and supportive team of industry professionals, the Warehouse Assistant is an entry level role which will be trained to deliver stock control processes to maximise value and flexibility.

What you will be doing


  • Maintaining the inventory catalogue in accordance with defined KPIs and polices;
  • Support our global business units with tools and processes to help them optimise their stock levels of spares;
  • Managing the Cycle Count process;
  • Reviewing of slow moving and obsolete stock;
  • Preparing Stock write off journals;
  • Supporting stocktake and review process;
  • Supporting the development of inventory forecasting;
  • Supporting quality engineer with managing new & revised product breakpoints.

What you will bring


  • Previous experience with stores, purchasing, stock control and/or inventory control will be highly regarded;
  • Highly developed MS Office skills, Excel is essential;
  • Strong administration skills;
  • High attention to detail;
  • A curious mind and willingness to learn new skills;
  • Excellent numerical reasoning skills;
  • Excellent Analytical Skills.
