Beachcomber International resort is looking for an experienced Houskeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the housekeeping team.
In this role the successful team member will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team
- Focus on ensuring all accommodation and facilities are cleaned to the resorts' high standard, with an importance on attention to detail
- Assist with training & mentoring new housekeeping team members
- Hands on cleaning or detailing when required
- Confidently offer a high level of customer service
- Assist in dealing with guest complaints
- Monitoring stock control
- Confidently communicate with other supervisors, management and other resort departments
- Completing relevant paperwork & computer logs when required
- Knowledge of and experience safe working practices
- Following resort processes and procedures
- Weekend work essential
