We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team at Easirent Dublin Team to help with our call centre & Branch Support.

What is expected from this role?

Main Duties

  • Taking calls from internal and external customers
  • Maintain the Easirent system with up-to-date hire status
  • Provide Branches with information to enable informative decisions on hiring
  • Handling and forwarding issues to the appropriate team
  • Responsibility for handling vehicle breakdowns during hire
  • Raising charges when required
  • Ordering supplies for branches
  • Reporting significant issues to Branch & Regional Manager
  • Ability to work unsupervised / under own initiative
  • Any other tasks as required.

Qualifications / Experience

  • PC literate
  • An interest in or knowledge of cars/vehicles would benefit
  • Fluency in more than one language (in additional to excellent English) would be advantageous

Experience:

  • Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)
  • Complaint handling: 1 year (preferred)
  • Telecommunication: 1 year (preferred)
