Responsibilities:
- Supporting AP Marketing Communications Leader to develop the MC strategy, goals and directions, and lead the implementation of the Integrated Marketing Communications Plan in AP, including events & trade shows, seminars, workshop, promotional campaigns, marketing initiatives and sales aids.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to fully understand the needs of communications in the market.
- Lead content development for marketing communications tools and sales aids, such as brochures, leaflet, posters, demo kits, videos, testimonials…etc. Also supporting some global materials in project base.

Managing different agencies including production, printing and creative agencies, to support the MC work.- Planning and Managing MC activities & budget in AP.
- Handle day to day marketing communication tasks and coordinating MC projects and activities as requested.
- Organizing the production, purchasing and stock keeping for MC materials, i.e. brochures, giveaways, samples…etc.
- Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
- On-site support to marketing activities like tradeshows, seminars and workshops.
- Business Travel may require.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with proven experience as Marketing Communications Specialist or similar marketing role, with 5 years or above relevant experience.
- Great project management skill, excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with b2b and b2c branding and promotion campaigns with analytical skill.
- Hands-on experience with content creation and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skill, good command of English.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Well organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
