Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all Purchase Requisitions in procurement Department so as to ensure all purchases are delivered accordingly
  • Follow up on all activities to ensure things are well co-ordinated
  • Handle and update database as per requirements
  • Prepare monthly reports and cost control reports when necessary for management decision making
  • Update purchase prices in the database when necessary for easy reference
  • Prepare commercial evaluation/ bids comparison recommendation and negotiate for best delivery and pricing for the project/ company
  • Prepare purchase order base on commercially and technically acceptable bidder in line with agreed purchase order terms and conditions
  • Follow up on all activities placement of purchase order, expediting, forwarding, delivery and verifying payment in order to meet the requirements


Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘O’ level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Process good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Positive working attitude & meticulous
  • Able to work independently with min supervision
