Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all Purchase Requisitions in procurement Department so as to ensure all purchases are delivered accordingly
- Follow up on all activities to ensure things are well co-ordinated
- Handle and update database as per requirements
- Prepare monthly reports and cost control reports when necessary for management decision making
- Update purchase prices in the database when necessary for easy reference
- Prepare commercial evaluation/ bids comparison recommendation and negotiate for best delivery and pricing for the project/ company
- Prepare purchase order base on commercially and technically acceptable bidder in line with agreed purchase order terms and conditions
- Follow up on all activities placement of purchase order, expediting, forwarding, delivery and verifying payment in order to meet the requirements
Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘O’ level with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Process good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office application
- Positive working attitude & meticulous
- Able to work independently with min supervision
