Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance and facilitate New Hire Training such as Language Skills Enhancement Training, Customer Service/Sales Training and Product Specific Training.
- Generate digital and print training materials such as video presentation and manuals.
- Perform role-playing activities to enhance customer service and negotiation skills.
- Able to keep trainees focused and ensure comprehension of critical learning elements during training session.
- Evaluate the progress of trainees and determine the skills for improvement to boost performance.
- Build mentorship program to regularly develop the skills of trainees.
- Create and maintain updated training reports/records and materials.
- Supervise new hires/trainees during training period.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert related to training concerns.
- Provide feedback and updates to the Operations Management concerning process and performance improvement.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of working experience in Training/Learning and Development preferably in BPO/call center.
- Experience working for financial related campaign is an advantage.
- Superb research, instructional and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and solutions/action oriented with proven ability to work with minimal supervision/direction.
- Amenable to work with graveyard shift schedule.
- Flexibility to work in a start-up office environment
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
